Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Inner Cipher, we take pride in the quality of our premium eyewear. To maintain our competitive pricing and free worldwide shipping, we enforce a strict return policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Damage-Only Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective from the manufacturer.

• To be eligible for a return, you must contact our support team at bellasartoria33@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

• You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• "Change of mind" or personal preference after the product has been shipped.

• Items that arrived in perfect condition and match the description provided.

• Minor cosmetic damage to the packaging (boxes may suffer minor dents during international transit while the product remains intact).

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

In the event that a return for a damaged item is authorized:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or refunded while in transit. Refunds will only be considered if the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
