Esta es una de las partes más importantes para evitar contratiempos con las pasarelas de pago. Al vender productos que se envían desde lejos, debes ser muy claro en que una vez que el paquete sale del almacén, no hay vuelta atrás.

Order Cancellation Policy
At The Inner Cipher, we work quickly to ensure your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible. Because of our automated fulfillment process, there is a limited window for cancellations.
1. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

To cancel, please email us immediately at bellasartoria@gmail.com with the subject line: "URGENT: Cancellation Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
2. Shipped Orders
Once an order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partners (usually within 48-72 hours), it cannot be canceled.

If your order is already in transit, we cannot stop the delivery.

You will need to receive the item and follow our Returns & Refunds Policy (applicable only for damaged goods).
3. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If a cancellation is requested because of an incorrect address but the order has already shipped, we cannot offer a refund or cancellation.

4. Refunds on Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window and before processing, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the bank to reflect the transaction.
